Staying Organised and Aware is More Than Half the Battle
Dear Reader,
My name is Jaine Ramanauskas and I don’t mind sharing with you the fact that I’ve had a constant battle maintaining my ideal weight and fitness. I’d tried the pills, powders and fads and although some of them gave me initial results, they all eventually failed. To be honest I found with most of them I just couldn’t stay the journey.
Some of the diets were so restrictive, I felt deprived and just had to break them, and once I did it was like the walls had fallen down and I lost all motivation. Other things I tried helped me lose weight initially, but eventually I felt tired and unhealthy so I gave them up. Some other things I’ve considered (miracle juices, pills and potions) were simply too expensive to contemplate using consistently, I just couldn’t see myself keeping them up so there was no point in starting.
